This service is carried out directly by Deluxe. The tasks, price and availability are confirmed before booking.

Start with the actual property.
- After the trades
- Describe the works and the rooms affected. A cleaning date is agreed once the space and access are suitable.
- Dust and surfaces
- Identify floors, ledges, kitchens, bathrooms and other areas needing attention. Flag new or delicate finishes and follow relevant product-care requirements.
- Debris and other tasks
- Leftover materials and waste removal need a separate scope. Internal windows, carpets or appliances are included only when agreed.

- A builders clean is not construction-waste clearance or specialist hazardous-material work. Those items need separate assessment and agreement.
